Hawaii is known as “the paradise born of fire” – a place where nature constantly shows us its power and sublime beauty and a place where we can disconnect, release and discover our true potential.
During this 5 night/6 day retreat, we will explore this magical land through hiking and connecting with nature, eating delicious locally sourced food and flowing together. We will come together for daily 2 hour workshops designed to strengthen the body, improve yoga postures and their alignment and challenge our bodies into their true power. We will close each class with a guided meditation and a sound bath. Outside of the shala our mantra will be: “Be adventurous”. “Be brave”. “Be Free”.
Eleonora’s life was transformed from the moment she entered her first hot yoga class, which showed her the cathartic power of linking breath, movement, and music. In her retreats she encourages students to accept their vulnerabilities because “without weakness there can be no strength, and without acceptance there can be no healing.” Her inspiring classes provide students with the knowledge and courage to carry their practice out of the studio and into their daily lives.
Each class is 120 minutes and includes a warm up, flow, drills, posture clinic, guided meditation and a soothing sound bath.
Backbends are therapeutic, healing and can challenge you physically, mentally and emotionally. Incorporating them into your practice helps you present a more positive and lifted version of yourself to the world. This workshop will help to open up the front body and bring new space, awareness and life into the places within yourself that are often closed off. This workshop targets specific body parts like the hips, shoulders and thoracic spine with specific exercises and movements. Together we’ll move, breathe and flow to open the areas in your body needed to achieve a deep and fulfilling backbend practice.
Flexibility is not a prerequisite of yoga; physical flexibility is a result of a yoga practice, but it should not be the destination. It is much more than that. This workshop is designed to teach you how to open up your body through yin and yang-style stretching, dynamic flow, static strength holds and core work that you incorporate in your personal practice. We will work on specific movements to deeply stretch the body, develop the ability to go deeper into basic asanas and release tensions from the body all to eventually facilitate our transitions into more advanced poses, arm balancing and inversions.
A journey to find the courage to face your fears, deepen the connection to your core, flip your perspective and find self confidence in your yoga practice. In this empowering Arm Balances and Inversions workshop we will learn the foundations of crow pose and forearm stand in fun, unique and empowering way. Eleonora will teach basic arm balance & inversion foundations, entries and exits, and provide seasoned fliers with new possibilities helping the students to flip their perspective, build courage, self-confidence, and greater focus in their practice.
An emotional journey inside our self to learn how to practice yoga to heal both body and soul. Join Eleonora in this supportive practice focused on nurturing creativity and empowering the Goddess within. Inspired by the cycle of the moon, we will reflect upon and purge ourselves of unnecessary holding.
This inspiration acts as a catalyst for newness and ultimately helps us strengthen both body and soul. A class designed to help us to connect to our inner power and to allow ourself to let go everything that no longer serve us and embrace our darkness and vulnerability. A flowing sequence based on hip opener and heart opener.
Experience greater freedom in your backbending practice with this full-body master class. Creating space targets your spine, shoulders, chest, quads, and hip flexors to help you safely open up into intermediate backbends such as reclined hero, king cobra, and forearm wheel. Prepare to tap into the radiant energy within.
Surrender your body and mind to the mat. In this soulful slow flow yoga class, you will slow your body and mind through long, deeply held poses to access your fascia and connective tissue, as well as find stillness and ease in your body.

We’ll spend our time at the House of Light – a newly and beautifully renovated property set amongst palm and bamboo tree lined luscious mountains overlooking the bright blue ocean – a perfect location to unwind, go inward and explore this stunning island.
