Alicia was drawn to yoga for it’s ability to crystalize the present moment and provide perspective in times of both stress and ease. This focus on the present allows us to truly connect to ourselves and those in our community. Finding gratitude on and off of the mat is a driving force in Alicia’s life and she aims to bring positivity, acceptance, and a sense of calm to her classes, while practicing safe alignment. She encourages students to find a path that speaks to their mind, body, and spirit, while challenging themselves to greet their practice with acceptance and joy.
Alicia has a passion for travel and one of her favorite activities is checking out yoga classes in new cities. Teaching since 2012, Alicia has has the opportunity to teach around the U.S. and in Germany.
