Jenny Clise is a certified yoga therapist (C-IAYT) with over 1,000 hours of training, and she has been teaching yoga since 2012. She completed her yoga therapy training at Prema Yoga Institute and integrates therapeutic principles into her practice, making yoga accessible and inclusive for all students. Jenny’s approach prioritizes individual needs and encourages self-discovery through mindful movement, breath work, and props.
In her asana classes, Jenny focuses heavily on foundation and alignment to safely prepare you for more challenging postures later on. She encourages you to turn inwards, draw intentionality into your practice and recognize your strength both physically and mentally in each moment. Jenny also is passionate about practicing and teaching meditation – encouraging her students to retreat to adventurous and beautiful places, including their minds.
She is an avid traveler, leading retreats around the world, and author of the yoga books The Complete Guide to Yoga Props and Blockasanas.
