Jenny Clise has been teaching yoga since 2012 and has over 1000 hours of training. She has, most recently, completed her IAYT Yoga Therapy training through Prema Yoga Institute and looks forward to incorporating this therapeutic approach to yoga with her students and clients- making yoga more accessible to all!
In her asana classes, Jenny focuses heavily on foundation and alignment to safely prepare you for more challenging postures later on. She encourages you to turn inwards, draw intentionality into your practice and recognize your strength both physically and mentally in each moment. Jenny also is passionate about practicing and teaching meditation – encouraging her students to retreat to adventurous and beautiful places, including their minds.
