Jenny is a San Francisco based yoga teacher and has been teaching since 2012 in Boulder, San Francisco, and New York. Before transitioning to yoga, dance was her passion. Yoga and dance have always been meditative for her, but with yoga she found a new relationship with the body that was more mindful and healing.
Her teaching style is a fusion of the teachings across many schools of yoga. She feels that every training, workshop, and teacher has taught her something valuable. She has completed a Vinyasa Yoga Training (200 hours), Karuna Yoga (100 hours), and various continuing education hours in different schools of yoga (around 100 hours).
In her classes she will take you through mindful flows and workshop postures. She focuses heavily on foundation and alignment to safely prepare you for more challenging postures later on. Jenny encourages you to turn inwards, draw intentionality into your practice and recognize your strength both physically and mentally in each moment.
