Marley Ralph, also known as Namaste Marley Rae, is a 500-hour yoga-certified instructor and the Director of Health and Wellness for her family-owned non-profit organization WalkGood LA. With a background in Social and Behavioral Sciences and Communications, Marley has a deep understanding of culture and society. She is a Nike Well Collective Trainer and has been featured in publications such as The Los Angeles Times. Working with notable individuals such as Sheryl Lee Ralph, Karrueche Tran, and Jalen Ramsey, Marley is passionate about fostering understanding and care among individuals locally and globally.
In response to the Black Lives Matter Movement and the COVID-19 pandemic, Marley found her voice as a leader in social justice through yoga. Through WalkGood LA, she leads community-based yoga classes, organizes wellness experiences, and advocates for health equity in Black communities. Marley is dedicated to expanding the reach of WalkGood LA and promoting healing and community on a national and global scale.
