The health and safety of our community is of utmost importance and we are committed to delivering a safe retreat experience.
We are closely monitoring situations in each retreat location and we have a great relationship with all of our local hosts and suppliers, who are also closely monitoring the situation in their countries and providing up to date information to ensure we are safe and well looked after.
Our retreats will move forward as long as travel to and/or from the destination is not restricted and there are no quarantine restrictions.
In case a retreat is postponed due to covid, we will follow terms & conditions listed here.
We will be taking the following precautions and safety measures on every retreat.
Please understand we will be abiding by the laws and regulations of each Retreat location. Certain retreat locations may require full vaccinations and/or negative covid tests. We will inform you of the entry requirements of each retreat destination at the time of booking, however please note this is subject to change as per the laws of each Retreat location.
1 Week from Booking your Retreat
Travel insurance with covid coverage is mandatory. We recommend that you purchase “Cancel for Any Reason” within 1 week of booking your retreat so that your investment is secure.
Before Your Departure
To ensure the health and safety of all of our retreat attendees and community, we require all of our attendees to provide ONE of the following:
Proof of negative COVID-19 test within 48 hours or 72 hours before departure (based on the retreat destination)
Proof of COVID-19 full vaccination (copy of complete vaccination card)
Proof of COVID-19 antibodies
If you choose to get vaccinated, please send us a copy of your complete vaccination card. If you choose not to be vaccinated, you will need to present a negative test within 72 hours before flying. You may also present proof of COVID-19 antibodies. Proof of the above will be required to be emailed to email@example.com 72 hours prior to the retreat.
Additionally, we will require you to complete a health declaration form 3 days prior to the retreat to confirm that you do not have any symptoms of Covid-19 and have not been in contact with anyone you know is infected.
If you test positive within 72 hours before the retreat, you will not be allowed to attend and there are no refunds. It is strongly recommended to purchase a comprehensive “cancel for any reason” trip insurance policy that allows cancellations usually up to 48 hours before your trip – and recoup some of your non-refundable trip costs. During the Retreat
Social distancing and mask wearing will be implemented as per the guidelines and Covid protocols of the Retreat destination. This may include wearing masks in shops, communal indoor spaces, in taxis and hotel transfers. We will provide additional updated information about these country-specific measures closer to the travel dates.
Cleaning protocols and meal protocols will be implemented by our host retreat centers/hotels.
If you feel any symptoms of Covid during the Retreat, you are obligated to inform the Retreat host immediately. You will be isolated in a separate accommodation facility to ensure both the health and safety for yourself and all retreat attendees. We will arrange for a covid test and if required, medical attention. In the case you test positive for covid, we will seek medical attention for you immediately, assist you in changing your travel plans and ensure you are looked after until you can get home. Please note, you are responsible for all and any additional costs associated including but not limited to covid tests, accommodation for self isolation, medical treatment, hospitalization, any travel change fees, etc.
Before departing home
We will arrange testing for each retreat location if required by your home country. The testing and any associated costs are at the individual’s expense. If you test positive, the same procedures stated above will apply.
After the Retreat
In case you test positive covid-19 immediately after the retreat, please do advise us urgently so that we may inform anyone that came into close contact with you during the retreat.
