Natasha is a 500 hour qualified vinyasa yoga, meditation teacher and exercise specialist. Trained in barre, pilates, personal training and NLP certified to help her clients conquer beliefs that hold them back around exercise and their body and to living the life of their dreams.
Natasha has been teaching for over 8 years now and has helped hundreds of men and women with their fitness and wellbeing goals. She is passionate about sharing the joy of yoga, movement and meditation to empower both men and women to take control of their health and therefore live a more fulfilling, happy and positive life of their dreams. .
