Harmony, Bliss & Balance

Restoring balance through adventure, connection and calm – Yoga Retreat with Azure Wolfe

There are so many practices that can help us come back to a calm balanced state of being. In this retreat we will continually experience that way of being with plenty of time in nature, soaking it up and bringing that flow state of harmony into our fun morning Mandala Yoga classes. Each workshop evening, we will absorb and imprint that harmony through restorative and connective practices. By the end of the retreat, you will end up fully inspired to bring these practices or be reminded of why it’s so important to continue them in your daily lives.

In the heart of Iceland’s wild, untouched beauty, we invite you to return to your natural rhythm. Harmony, Bliss & Balance is a 5-night retreat curated to help you reconnect with calm, find joy in movement, and restore balance through the perfect blend of adventure, nature, and stillness.

Led by beloved teacher Azure Wolfe, this experience is rooted in presence. You’ll begin with a grounding soak at the iconic Blue Lagoon before arriving at our cozy guesthouse in Laugarvatn—an old historical school surrounded by open sky, volcanic hills, and the geothermal waters of Fontana Spa. The region is known for its natural wonders (like Gullfoss and Geysir) and offers incredible visibility for the Northern Lights.

Each morning, we’ll flow together with joyful Mandala Yoga—designed to bring the body into harmony and the mind into a flow state. In the evenings, we’ll slow down with nourishing workshops that include restorative postures, yin yoga, partner stretching, and rituals for nervous system repair and emotional release. You’ll also have space to journal throughout the retreat, giving you time to reflect and deepen your connection to self.

This retreat is also a call to adventure. Over five days, we’ll explore Iceland’s most iconic natural wonders—from the Golden Circle’s Gullfoss waterfall, Geysir, Þingvellir National Park, and Kerid Crater to the stunning South Shore, where we’ll walk behind Seljalandsfoss, feel the power of Skógafoss, and stand on the black sands of Reynisfjara Beach. We’ll hike through Reykjadalur Valley and soak in its naturally heated river, enjoy traditional lava-baked rye bread (rúgbrauðsbakstur), and end our journey with a visit to Reykjavík, including the famed Hallgrímskirkja church.

Classes and Workshops

The Opening

A big dose of restorative postures will provide for a soothing arrival ritual. In this workshop Azure will guide you to release travel tension and transition into a state of ease. You’ll begin to soften, open up to the week ahead, and ground fully into the magic of the present moment.

Partner Stretch & Connect

A fun, connective session using assisted postures to help each other gently deepen into stretches. With laughter and trust, this workshop encourages softness and connection—both with yourself and others. It’s the perfect wind-down before bed and a beautiful reminder that healing can be light, easeful, and shared.

For the love of YIN.

If you’ve never experienced Yin, you’re in for a sensory treat. Unlike restore, where you immediately come into softness, with YIN, you come to your personal edge of sensation, in certain postures and remain for up to 5 minutes. Why? A few reasons. Yin targets the deep, connective tissues, joints, and ligaments, as well as fascia, promoting deep tension relief, relaxation, circulation, nervous system calm and a deep exhale that comes from the extended stay. This practice allows for deep mind-body connection aspect, allowing the mind to feel the body in slight tense spaces and then witnessing the body release. This is your time to feel, soften, and maybe even fall asleep by the end.

An initial deposit of $500 USD will secure your spot on the retreat. Please refer to all booking terms and conditions here.
