Set in late autumn at a beautiful destination, it’s a perfect time to transition a little more inward. Starting to focus, revisit or implement the practices that make ALL parts of us feel nourished.
So, get ready to flow through foundational yoga postures every day, allowing us to become more familiar with their benefits and how beautiful it is to continually revisit the same postures on a consistent basis. We will keep it simple so that you can take this practice home and implement it into your daily life. Whether you are looking to go slow and strong or gentle and relaxed, there’s an option for everyone.
We’ll also be nourishing our bodies with amazing food. Nourishing our curiosity with excursions, exploration, journaling, sharing. Nourishing our spirits just by being open to the experience.
The practice of bringing your mind back to your body.
Connecting your body through relaxed and functional breathe-work.
Experience the benefit of gently leaning into discomfort and learning to relax with it. This practice greatly helps us to lean into some of the discomfort of life and find more ease through the process.
*With each of these workshops, we will be journaling after each one. Don’t worry if you’ve never written in a journal, I will be giving you prompts or questions to answer to help open you up and get curious.
Wild View Retreat has arisen from the ruins of an abandoned mountain village of Corgas Bravas, in the foothills of the Algarve in Portugal. It is defined by its spectacular uninterrupted 360° views of the Serra do Caldeirão mountains and protected for its natural beauty and famous Portuguese cortiça (cork) trees.
There are no cars, no roads, no buildings, no neighbours. Nothing but wilderness and nature. Nothing to hear but the birds and the wind. Nothing to do but restore and relax the body, mind and soul.
