Portugal: Jun 16-21, 2026

After arrival into Portugal, you’ll be whisked away and dropped off at our beautiful countryside retreat centre. After a few hours of relaxation and getting to know your new friends, we’ll share a welcome dinner and a good night’s rest follows.

Our first full day in Portugal together will begin with a yoga flow and a nourishing breakfast. Then, we’re off to Malhão Beach for some sun, surfing or pure relaxation. We’ll head back in time for lunch, followed by a Yin Yang yoga workshop, exploring the harmony between movement and deep relaxation, and conclude the day with a nourishing dinner.

We’ll start our morning with yoga before embarking on yet another adventure. Today, we venture to the charming town of Vila Nova de Milfontes—wander its quaint streets, explore at your own pace, and grab lunch at a local café. We’ll come together in the evening for a delicious dinner at a nearby restaurant.

Today will be a day for restoration. We’ll start our morning with yoga and a delicious breakfast. After a playful and strengthening arm balance and inversion workshop, take time to go inward and relax on the beach, read a book, journal, or go out into the nature that surrounds the property.

We’ll gather for lunch, then later on head out for a scenic picnic, tasting local foods and delicacies. After dinner in the evening, we’ll finish the day with a relaxing Yoga Nidra workshop preparing us for a deep restful sleep.

Another beautiful morning starts with yoga and a fresh breakfast. Late morning, we’ll head to a local vineyard for a wine-tasting experience, sampling local flavors while soaking in the stunning views. In the afternoon we’ll gather for a closing circle—sharing reflections before enjoying one last dinner together. 

Our last morning together will include yoga, and connection. We’ll end our time with breakfast and goodbye’s (or see you later’s)!
