Enjoy nourishing meals inspired by local flavours and retreat to peaceful accommodations that offer rest and rejuvenation. With plenty of space to reflect, explore, and simply be, this retreat is perfect for those seeking clarity, inspiration, or a much-needed reset.

Come as you are and leave feeling refreshed, grounded, and deeply connected.

Yoga and Workshops

Fire and Water

We’ll incorporate both yin and yang practices in this workshop focusing on both flow and restorative elements of the yoga practice. We’ll find time for reflection on what fires us up and what helps us flow. Fire and water provide a unique balance that we’ll experience by the lake.

Earth, Air and Spirit

We’ll build from the ground up, rooting into the earth, to find lift into the air in this arm balance workshop. We’ll also discuss grounding techniques and have time for journaling and meditation to root us in the moment. Pranayama practices will help us connect to our own internal elements.

An initial deposit of $500 USD will secure your spot on the retreat. Please refer to all booking terms and conditions here.
