Spend a magical week in the enchanting landscape of Sicily basking in the sunshine of the Mediterranean on this 6 night/ 7 day Yoga & Meditation Retreat.
Join your hosts, Steph, Alicia & Breanna on a journey of a lifetime to the Italian island of Sicily where we’ll swim in warm Mediterranean waters along rugged and sandy coastlines, explore mountaintop sandstone villages, and uncover centuries-old ruins. Your days will be full of mindful movement, meditation, and zero KM locally sourced and locally grown meals prepared by a private chef. You’ll have the opportunity to dig deep and take the journey inward to discover or reaffirm what makes you feel most alive!
Sicily is known for The Valley of Temples, an archaeological site of ancient Greco Roman temples to honor the gods. This workshop will cover # Hindu gods and goddess, including what they can represent in our own lives. Our practice will tune into the poses and practices that align to Hindu deities to delve deeper into the inner journey of our practice.
Somewhere within each of us there is a place that is complete, whole, and at peace. Perhaps you’ve been led to believe differently or told otherwise – but within this sacred aspect of the capital “S” self, there is no fixing to be done. This workshop will discuss the concept of connectedness and the Anandamaya Kosha, the “bliss body”. Practice will include meditation, breath work, asana and journaling/reflection.
An initial deposit of $500 USD will secure your spot on the retreat. Please refer to all booking terms and conditions here.

Sicily
The story of this place goes back to 1920 when our grandfather farmed these lands with grapes, olive trees and few animals. Despite the harsh conditions of that age, locals never lost hope and passion to make it a better place. Since 2007, we share this beloved space with the same passion and dedication.
The area belongs to the environmental protection network Nature 2000, because it is a habitat for dolphins and seals. It is a completely private, low-to-zero crowded people location and can be accessed only through our properties or via a boat. The beach is covered with small white pebbles and bits of sand. The crystal blue and turquoise waters will blow your mind.
