Infinite Opening Yoga Retreat

Exploration of the Expanded Self

“Listen, are you breathing just a little, and calling it a life?”
— Mary Oliver

What becomes possible when you release the limits you’ve placed around yourself?

Set against the wild, lush and almost otherworldly beauty of Scotland, Infinite Opening is an invitation to dream bigger, feel deeper and explore the edges of who you believe yourself to be. Through movement, ritual, reflection, adventure and a touch of Scottish magic, we’ll seek expansion in mind, body and spirit.

Come curious. Leave a little more open to wonder, possibility and the infinite within.

Workshops

Fables and flow

Inspired by Scottish folklore, this workshop interweaves yogic themes around deities found in sacred yoga texts including, Shiva and Shakti. We’ll move through poses designed to spark creativity, transformation, and duality. Breathwork, meditation, journaling included.

“Shiva is stillness, and Shakti is power. Together, they are absolute harmony and the universe’s eternal balance.”— Traditional Wisdom

Kundalini Rising – A Love Story

Do you know that you possess the power to tap into cosmic energy that goes behind intellect? Rather, it’s known, deeply felt, instinctual. And, by understanding it better, has the potential to bring you back “home”.

Take a journey through your subtle body via the chakra system. In this 2.5 hour workshop, you’ll learn about the chakras, what keeps them turning and how they affect you. Through movement, breath and a specially designed journal exercise, you’ll leave this workshop not only with a base understanding of the chakras, but tools to bring balance to your system.

An initial deposit of $500 USD will secure your spot on the retreat. Please refer to all booking terms and conditions here.

After dinner, cozy up by the fire for an enchanting evening of Celtic storytelling, bringing Scotland’s ancient myths, folklore and legends to life.
