Join us on a 7 night Luxury Re-Wilding Retreat in South Africa with hosts Alicia Rudolph and Stephanie Zavala. The Wild Within: Journey to Self.

This retreat is an invitation to reconnect with that untamed, intuitive essence—to unplug, slow down, and return home to yourself.

This intimate luxury retreat is limited to just 10 guests, creating space for depth, presence, and genuine connection. Over one transformative week, you’ll journey through some of South Africa’s most awe-inspiring landscapes, allowing nature to guide your inner remembering.

The retreat begins in Cape Town with a grounding arrival night and a welcome dinner. From there, we venture into the wild heart of the Sanbona Private Game Reserve, staying in five-star luxury safari tents with private pools. Here, you’ll experience two sunrise and sunset game drives, witnessing wildlife in its natural rhythm and reconnecting with your own.

The journey continues into the Cape Winelands, where we spend four nights in a luxurious manor house on an award-winning winery with a private chef, surrounded by vineyards, open land, and horses. This serene setting offers space to integrate, rest, and embody the practices of the retreat.

Daily experiences include meditation, yoga and journaling, all designed to support your journey of self-inquiry, and deep presence. Our explorations also include visiting Boulders Beach to witness hundreds of African penguins, lunch in the seaside town of Kalk Bay, and shopping in the historic town of Stellenbosch.

Guided workshops with Alicia and Stephanie—“Where the Wild Things Are” and “Breathe Your Mind Free”—invite you to explore identity, breath, and freedom, helping you reconnect with the parts of yourself that are untethered and whole.

This is a week of re-wilding, remembrance, and renewal—where stillness, beauty, and adventure lead you back to your truest self.

Workshops

“Where the wild things are”
Do you remember who you were before the world told you who you should be? Seek out the wild places – the places in your spirit that are untethered and unbound. Through movement, meditation and reflection, you’ll be invited to ponder the identities and as a result, limitations that have been created for you.

“Breathe your mind free”
What is the breath if not an opportunity to start over and over again as the cycle of breath flows through the body, giving us freedom and release in the mind. In this workshop we’ll explore various yogic breath techniques for calming the mind, relieving stress, and sitting in meditation. “When you practice mindfulness of breathing, then the breathing is mind.” – Thich Nhat Hanh

An initial deposit of $1,000 USD will secure your spot on the retreat. Please refer to all booking terms and conditions here.
